Our company is the beneficiary of the project “Automation and digitalization of production processes – MES and robotic arm”, financed from the Operational Programme Technology and Applications for Competitiveness 2021–2027, Call No. 01_23_026, titled “Technology for LAGs (CLLD) – Call I”.
The project addresses the problem of insufficient digitalization and automation of production processes. Order and production tracking is carried out manually, which leads to time losses, errors, and high physical workload for employees. There is a lack of accurate data for cost management, performance monitoring, and effective planning, which limits production capacity and the company’s competitiveness.
The objective of the project is the digitalization and automation of production processes, increasing the efficiency and accuracy of production, reducing administrative burden, and eliminating physically demanding and time‑inefficient manual work.
The objectives will be achieved by acquiring a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and a robotic arm.
Project implementation: 5 September 2025 – 30 June 2026.
Total eligible project expenditure: CZK 2,139,429.84.
