These economical inserts determinate the space of the individual components in the packaging and prevent their contact and possible damage. The dimensions of inserts and the used material are defined in accordance with the specifications of the part. Among the most used materials are corrugated plastic or cellular plastic, including of possibility of sheets laminated with textile, and a wide range of design from simple dividers and grids to complex systems combined with textiles and foam.

Custom-made textile inserts can be adjusted to any packaging unit from smaller boxes, through pallet boxes to metal trolleys.

Foam PE fixations provide the products with extraordinary protection, dampen shocks and prevent mechanical damage. This material can be processed into a variety of shapes and thus it is suitable for the production of "candy box" type inserts or combs, which allow the parts to be positioned into the unit without touching the packaging or each other. For this reason, metal pallets and boxes designed for storing parts with a delicate surface finish are usually equipped with foam fixations.
