Pallets with PE fixings

When developing metal pallets, we select internal fixings according to the specifications of the part and the client’s requirements. In the case of the pallet for the Hyundai Tucson roof panels, we were based on the customer’s specification for fixing parts to PE ridges. The colour differentiation of the positions helps to make the parts easier to distinguish. The sides and back of the unit have transparent canvas walls, while the front of the container is covered by a groove of the same material, which is fixed to the top frame during component loading and unloading. For ease of handling, the 1 400 x 1 170 x 2 365 mm pallet is fitted with a leg and tow bar together with wheels and central brake. One pallet unit can hold 20 roof panels.
