Textile pockets are a rewarding solution for metal frame inserts. They are usually hung into the pallet using metal tubes, as in the case of the pallet for the SK316 project on the injection-moulded window frames of the Skoda Enyaq. Here, the tube system was also used to tension and reinforce the individual floors.
The relatively simple frame is filled with a sophisticated insert of Spunbodn with a 15 x 11 pocket matrix and stacking and removal of parts from both narrower sides. Each pocket is half-panelled and therefore holds 2 parts, allowing a total of 330 window frames to be stored in one packaging unit. The pallet labelling is solved by a metal plate with an A4 clip. The pallet is equipped with wheels with a diameter of 80 mm. The dimensions of the pallet used for internal logistics are 1,500 x 2,000 x 1,855 mm.
